Booking Information

In order to start your holidays fully prepared, we have summed up the most important information for you. If you need any further information for your reservation, please let us know and we attend to your needs personally!
Arrival
Coming from St. Johann in Tirol, drive through the town centre, after the guest house Alte Post turn right (90 degrees), after the turn it is the first house on the left hand side.
Linen and Towels
Linen and towels are included in our prices and available in every apartment/room.
Check-In
Arrival is possible from 3pm - 6pm. If you arrive later, please let us know beforehand via 0664 73 999 433. We ask for your understanding that we cannot offer check-in earlier than 3pm.
Check-Out
Departure until 10 am.
Breakfast
Breakfast buffet is included during winter season - during summer, it is bookable upon prior request.
Parking
In front of our apartment building there is free parking available. You can reach restaurants, shops as well as the bus stop and ski bus stop in only a few minutes on foot.
Housekeeping
We offer a weekly housekeeping service (included in our prices). Final cleaning per person and stay € 15,00. Additional cleaning services are available upon request.
Cancellation Terms
3 months prior to arrival - free of charge.
1 month prior to arrival - 40% of your total booking sum.
1 week prior to arrival - 70% of your total booking sum.
Later cancellation or no show - 90% of your total booking sum.
